Colm O'Sullivan

Colm is a Landscape Architect with an MSc in Landscape Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Copenhagen.

He has spent two years working with AECOM in Ireland on local planning and design projects and international masterplanning projects. During his studies he worked as an intern with MASU Planning in Copenhagen.

Colm is involved in “Byhumle”, a volunteer-driven urban farm focusing on growing hops in Copenhagen. His work has helped implement the successful temporary container building project and cultural centre “PostBox”. The project has attracted a lot of interest in the Danish media and allowed Colm to bring Irish beer culture to Denmark.

Colm is the S+G project manager responsible for a team of three landscape architects delivering landscape architecture design services for the refurbishment of 40,000sqm of public realm on Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. His responsibility covers the schematic design and detail design for people-friendly streets and squares including many bespoke details for paving, seating furniture, fountains and rainwater management infrastructure.
